Organic Earthy Wedding | Mount Tamalpais | Mill Valley, CA

When Kat and Vincent first reached out to me, they had already made the decision to forgo a traditional wedding venue and instead exchange vows atop Mt. Tamalpais, a place filled with some of their most cherished memories together. Surrounded by just 11 of their closest family members and friends, they envisioned a wedding day that felt intentional, meaningful, and deeply personal.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the mountain, their intimate ceremony was beautifully complemented by a stunning ground installation designed by Pond Floral. The organic arrangement blended seamlessly into the natural landscape, enhancing the beauty of the scenery while telling the story of their relationship through thoughtful floral design and soft, romantic details.

One of my favorite things about this celebration was how authentically it reflected who Kat and Vincent are as a couple. Every element felt purposeful, from the mountain setting they hold so close to their hearts to the small guest count that allowed them to be fully present with the people they love most.

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests continued the celebration at one of their favorite restaurants, sharing incredible food, heartfelt toasts, and unforgettable memories together. It was a beautiful reminder that weddings don’t need to be grand to be meaningful. Sometimes, all you need is a breathtaking view, the love of your life, and your favorite people by your side.
