We’ve planned weddings as far as 18 months out and as quickly as three months, so there’s definitely some flexibility depending on your date and the level of support you need.

For the smoothest planning experience, around 12 months is ideal. It gives us enough time to thoughtfully secure vendors, develop the design, and move through the planning process without feeling rushed.

That said, if your wedding is coming up sooner, don’t count yourself out. We’re very comfortable working with shorter timelines when availability allows.

Yes! I’ll be your lead planner and will be with you throughout the entire planning process, from our first meeting through the wedding day. You’ll be working directly with me along the way, so you’ll always know who to come to with questions, ideas, and decisions.

Yes. We love working with couples who want to thoughtfully bring multiple cultures, traditions, and family expectations into one celebration. We’ll take the time to understand what each tradition means to you and help build a wedding that feels cohesive, respectful, and personal.

Yes. We are fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, which can be especially helpful when working with family members throughout the planning process.

Full Planning + Design is our most comprehensive service and the best fit for couples who want guidance from the very beginning. We’re involved in everything from venue and vendor sourcing to budget guidance, design development, logistics, guest experience, timelines, and wedding-day execution. It allows us to look at the wedding as a whole and make sure every decision feels intentional, cohesive, and aligned with your priorities.

Partial Planning is for couples who have already secured their venue, have a clear idea of what they want, and may already have a few vendors booked. We step in to provide more structure, guidance, and support as you continue planning and help fill in the remaining pieces.

Wedding Coordination begins two months before the wedding and is designed for couples who have already completed the planning themselves. All vendors should be secured and major decisions finalized before we step in to organize the details, create the timeline, communicate with vendors, and manage the wedding day.

If you’re looking for the most hands-on support and want someone helping you make decisions from the beginning rather than simply managing what’s already been planned, Full Planning + Design will likely be the best fit.

A complimentary consultation to discuss your vision, budget, guest count, and date. If we are a right fit, a contract for you to review at your own pace, then a 50% retainer to secure your date. Planning begins!
